POSTAGE TIMES

Postage within the UK usually takes 3-5 days. Please note that this is an estimate and occasionally delivery of your order may take a little longer.

POSTAGE COSTS

We have done our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible whilst ensuring you still receive excellent service. All our parcels are packed securely with high grade materials and are marked “Do Not Bend”, to avoid damage during transit. Please note that if you have an order that weighs a lot we may choose to send via a courier to save on cost.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order payments will be taken immediately and your order will be held until your entire order is ready to be shipped.

TRACKING / SIGNED FOR POSTAGE

All orders will be sent, signed for or with tracking, depending on the need for the order.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can collect your order from the store by simply selecting the option at checkout. You will still need to checkout and pay online, you will then receive notification that your order is ready to collect from the store (usually within 24 hours). If you have made pre orders, you may be asked to come in multiple times to collect your items as they become available.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Shella accepts the following payment methods:

    • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
    • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
    • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
    EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    If you wish to return a faulty or unwanted item, please email us within 30 days of purchase and wait for a reply from one of our team to give you instructions and a return reference.  When returning an item to us it is your responsibility to pack the item securely and mark obviously with the returns information to avoid damage during transit and make processing your return fast and easy.
