*If your record happens to get returned back to us at the shop, you will have to pay additional postage for us to resend it. To stop this from happening, please make sure your address is filled out in full and includes all information spelt correctly. Ensure you have means to receive the package where you are getting it sent especially if you do not live in the U.K as it will in most cases be sent directly back to us.*
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
We deliver to UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. If you wish to have item(s) delivered to a location that is not listed above, please contact us.
POSTAGE TIMES
Postage within the UK usually takes 3-5 days. Please note that this is an estimate and occasionally delivery of your order may take a little longer. International postage times will vary depending on location.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage prices are calculated by weight so if you would like to know what the postage cost will be for any items please add them to the shopping cart and use the postage calculator on the cart page.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order payments will be taken immediately and your order will be held until your entire order is ready to be shipped.
TRACKING / SIGNED FOR POSTAGE
All orders will be sent, signed for or with tracking, depending on the need for the order.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can collect your order from the store by simply selecting the option at checkout. You will still need to checkout and pay online, you will then receive notification that your order is ready to collect from the store (usually within 24 hours). If you have made pre orders, you may be asked to come in multiple times to collect your items as they become available.
